V12 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the v12 platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform. The v12 platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
V12 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Registering with false information, creating duplicate accounts, or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all existing balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. v12 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login information.
V12 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing a user's first withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of the user's national ID or proof of current address.
Any suspicious activity — including attempts to exploit the system, manipulate games, or use unauthorised automated software — will result in immediate account suspension or closure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the v12 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to use the platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable law. The following are key responsibilities you must observe:
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing activities that contravene the law.
- Do not share your account with any other individual or allow third parties to access your account.
- Do not use any software, bots, or automated systems to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from v12.
- Do not distribute offensive, obscene, threatening, or defamatory content through any communication channel provided by the platform.
- Adhere to the minimum and maximum betting limits set for each game or market available on the platform.
- Be fully responsible for all betting decisions made through your account, regardless of whether those decisions were made by you or by another party who accessed your account.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the v12 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following deposit and withdrawal policies apply to all users:
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet (TNG), FPX online banking, Maybank, and CIMB. v12 does not charge hidden fees for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges in accordance with their respective policies.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit. Processing times vary depending on the payment method. v12 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for identity verification or investigation purposes where suspicious activity is detected.
Any transaction found to have resulted from fraud, technical error, or system exploitation will be voided and the associated balance adjusted accordingly. v12 reserves the right to reclaim any funds that have been withdrawn unlawfully.
All user accounts are denominated in MYR. Should any technical issue cause values to display incorrectly, v12 reserves the right to correct such discrepancies without liability to the user.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
V12 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or unsatisfactory betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no implied warranties regarding continuous availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the v12 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of v12 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from v12.
Third-Party Links
The v12 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. v12 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of those respective parties.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
V12 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for operational reasons deemed necessary. Where an account is closed legitimately and without any breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method once the verification process is complete.
Users may also choose to close their own account by contacting the v12 support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification is completed.
Changes to Terms
V12 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to mutual negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process in Malaysia.
